ROYAL AVALON | Returns and Exchanges

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website ROYALAVALON.NET or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Purchases made through the Site are valid for credit or refund within 30 days from the ship date. 

 

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.

Returns & Refunds

  • Items being returned to ROYAL AVALON must be returned via shipping pre-paid by the customer. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. ROYAL AVALON is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Please include information of your order inside that includes the following: Order # / First and Last Name / Address / Phone Number / Email Address.  This will help us identify the product to the order so that we may process the return and refund correctly.
  • Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.

Please be aware that:

  • Item return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable.
  • ROYAL AVALON does not charge any restocking fees.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must return the unwanted items and place a new order for the wanted items. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy below for instructions on the return process.

 

ARBITRATION NOTICE: EXCEPT IF YOU OPT-OUT AND EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE ARBITRATION SECTION BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND ROYAL AVALON, WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
